How do you choose your merchant partners?
We search for independently owned restaurants, caterers, private chefs, shacks, big joints from your neighborhood. Thoroughly inspect them on the guidelines provided by FSSAI, and then partner with them.
Is the food delivered? Or Should I pick it up?
Yes most of our merchants deliver the food, if not we will arrange for the delivery. Also if preferred you can pick up the food yourself, simply by setting it up as a takeout order.
What if foods late or there are something wrong with the food?
We hold high standards for our partners, with emphasis placed on food quality and timeliness. We monitor each delivery from preparation to the moment it arrives at your office. If an order is late or incorrect, we’ll do all we can to make it right.
Is the Food n I ordering Secure?
Yes. You can place orders with confidence, since we use 128-bit SSL encryption and secure hosting facilities for all sensitive data.
How do I place order?
Placing an order is simple! Download our app, select service type and merchant you’d like to order from and request quotes. Once you’ve finalized the order go to checkout, provide your payment information, submit your order and relax. We’ll handle the rest.
Can I place order in advance?
Yes. You can place orders days or months in advance. We stay on top of all future orders and see to it that they are executed without any hassle.
Can I view my past or future orders?
Yes you can view all your orders both old and new on order page. All future or pending orders will be shown in pending order list. The old orders can be seen on executed list.
Can I change an order once it is placed?
Yes. You can make changes directly using app or by contacting us. Each merchant has a time limit set for any online modification for order. If you can’t make changes online, contact us and we’ll request the change (no guarantee).
Is there a fee for cancelling an order?
There is no cancellation fee, but the merchant may charge for last minute cancellation of the order. This will be instructed on your order page. Contact us for help
Can you accommodate special requests?
We will. Simply let us know your requirement by “request quotes” in order page. We will take care of the rest or reach us out on support@foodni.com .
How do I track my expenses?
Simple actually. You will get an e-invoice generated as soon as the order is placed. You will get an email of the invoice after the order is completed, and all the old invoices are available in the invoice page. You can get detailed analysis of all the purchases with charts to track your expense.
Is there a delivery charge?
Some merchants will charge a delivery fee; the details will be clearly displayed when you place an order.
Should I tip the delivery person?
It is not compulsory, but you can give them tips if you feel the need to.
Can I get a receipt for old orders?
Just go to invoices and see all your latest and old invoices. Based on service type, date, and order no.
Do you have Amex Facility?
Yes we have AMEX facility available.
What modes of payment do you have?
We accept all the major credit and debit cards: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, RupPay, and Maestro. We also have online payment options.
How does Food n I make money?
We receive commissions from our Merchants.

Do I get guaranteed business if partnered with you?
You will get regular business, based on you quality and timely delivery of the services. Rest we will take care. We don’t give any guarantees.
How are you different from swiggy and Zomato?
We service corporates, and we take up more than just food orders ( outing, clubbing, hotel booking, and more)
How much commission do you charge?
We are very flexible in charging commission, we charge keeping in mind costing and other factors which are incurred by you.
How will you promote us?
Once enrolled all the corporates will know your presence, apart from that we advertise your services on our app and conduct vendor based events to boost up your sales and publicity.
Do I have to pay for registration?
We have a registration cost, which is very flexible. To have a transparent business we ensure that we en-cash registration fee only when you are satisfied with your business output.
Who will pay us for our services?
Since most corporates prefer B2C (bill to company), all the payments will be done by us. We will receive payments from clients, and we will transfer the money to you after deducting our service charge.
When will I receive the payments for my services?
It depends on order value, if it’s a small or medium order the payment will be done within a week or two. But if the order value is big then it will take minimum of 4 to 6 weeks.
What if I don’t receive payments for my services?
If the services you provided were very bad or not up to the standard, the client may delay or may not pay you full. If not all your services will be paid full, we will make sure of it. You can reach us out at accounts@foodni.com for further clarifications.
